From 1st October 2010 Showsec will provide all Event Security to the 02 Academy and ABC club venue in Glasgow. Work is also available in other areas of Scotland as well as amazing opportunities to work at music festivals all around the UK!

Door Stewards – to be considered for this role you must hold a valid SIA licence and experience within an event setting is preferred.

Showsec’s continued growth and expansion has led to an exciting new post being created. Applications are now being sought for a Business Development Administrator to be based at either our Leicester or Manchester office.
The identification and implementation of a suitable CRM database will be the first step in providing support to our managers. You will undertake research and compile databases of prospective and existing clients including the identification of new markets in targeted sectors. Supporting managers by making appointments and instigating and driving a wide range of sales initiatives this role offers a great opportunity to the right candidate.
Not a ‘job-hopper’ you will be pragmatic, self motivated and company minded. Ideally with sales / business development qualifications or proven experience you will be able to forge excellent working relationships both internally and outside the company. Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other media platforms is a pre-requisite. The ability to communicate effectively and produce high quality reports is essential.
